Art therapy is a professional practice that uses artistic creation as a structured method grounded in clinical frameworks to support mental and emotional well-being in people of all ages and backgrounds. Through individual and group sessions, our certified therapists create safe, inclusive spaces where participants can explore their experiences using non-verbal tools.
